Plague suspected: Quarantine declared in Irkutsk hospitals

According to People of Baikal, quarantine has been imposed in city clinical hospitals No. 1, 3 and 10, as well as in the maternity hospital and the Ivano-Matrenin Children’s Clinical Hospital. In addition, a mask regime has been introduced at the Irkutsk Aluminum Plant (IrkAZ) in Shelekhov.
