Peace is a word that everyone wants, but not everyone understands it in the same way.

Խաղաղութիւնը բառ է, որ բոլորն են ցանկանում, բայց ոչ բոլորը նոյն կերպ են հասկանում։

Sometimes peace is presented as the abolition of borders, sometimes as the final fixation of borders.

Երբեմն խաղաղութիւնը ներկայացւում է որպէս սահմանների վերացում, երբեմն՝ որպէս սահմանների վերջնական ամրագրում։

But can peace without borders be sustainable, and can forcibly drawn borders guarantee peace?

Սակայն առանց սահմանների խաղաղութիւնը կարո՞ղ է լինել կայուն, իսկ բռնի գծւած սահմանները՝ կարո՞ղ են երաշխաւորել խաղաղութիւն։

Խաղաղութիւնը՝ առանց սահմանների՞, թէ՞ սահմանները՝ յանուն խաղաղութեան։

Peace without borders or borders for the sake of peace? Peace is mutual respect, mutual recognition, rights and security.

Խաղաղութիւնը՝ առանց սահմանների՞, թէ՞ սահմանները՝ յանուն խաղաղութեան։ Խաղաղութիւնը փոխադարձ յարգանք է, փոխադարձ ճանաչում, իրաւունք եւ անվտանգութիւն։

A border is not just a dividing line. It is a line of responsibility.

Սահմանը միայն բաժանող գիծ չէ։ Այն պատասխանատւութեան գիծ է։

The question is perhaps not the choice of borders or peace, but what kind of peace can survive in conditions of clarity of borders and respect for rights.

Հարցը գուցէ ոչ թէ սահմանների՛ կամ խաղաղութեա՛ն ընտրութիւնն է, այլ այն, թէ ինչպիսի խաղաղութիւն կարող է գոյատեւել սահմանների յստակութեան եւ իրաւունքի յարգանքի պայմաններում։
