The delegation of the Migration and Citizenship Service in Sweden got acquainted with the experience of implementing digital services and IT systems

The main goal of the visit was to get acquainted with the experience of the Swedish Migration Agency in developing, implementing and managing digital services and information technology systems, and to study the mechanisms that ensure these processes.

Այցի հիմնական նպատակը Շվեդիայի Միգրացիոն գործակալության կողմից իրականացվող թվային ծառայությունների և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների համակարգերի զարգացման, ներդրման և կառավարման փորձին ծանոթանալն ու այդ գործընթացներն ապահովող մեխանիզմներն ուսումնասիրելն էր։

Nelly Davtyan, Head of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Maria Mindhamar, Director General of the Swedish Migration Agency, outlined the main directions of cooperation in the coming four years of the “Strengthening Migration Management and Integration: A Sweden-Armenia Bilateral Initiative” program, and wished the participants of the event fruitful work.

The Head of the Migration and Citizenship Service also met with Anna Aghajanyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Sweden.

Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության պետը հանդիպում է ունեցել նաև Շվեդիայում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Աննա Աղաջանյանի հետ։

Issues related to the processes of organizing services in embassies and consular offices in the context of the introduction of the new biometric system were discussed.

Քննարկվել են նոր կենսաչափական համակարգի ներդրման համատեքստում դեսպանություններում և հյուպատոսական հիմնարկներում ծառայությունների կազմակերպման գործընթացներին վերաբերող հարցեր։
