Davit Babayan, sentenced to life imprisonment in Baku, has shared details of his and other Armenian prisoners' court cases with a media outlet. According to him, the decision of the appeals court almost completely repeats the wording of the first instance and the indictment, the documents provided to him are not signed, and the 47th, 333-page volume, which should have contained the reasoning for the court's decision, has not been provided at all. At the same time, lawyers for three Armenian prisoners have already filed a cassation appeal with the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan.
