After an Azerbaijani soldier illegally crossed the state border of Armenia and insulted a local resident in the Shaki settlement of Syunik province, villagers tell the details of the incident in an interview with Factor TV.

One of the Shaki residents told reporters that he had been warned about the border violation four days ago by the Military Police officers, when he was working the night shift transporting construction materials (soil and sand) to military bases for reinforcement work.

Շաքիի բնակիչներից մեկը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնել է, որ սահմանի խախտման մասին իրեն դեռ չորս օր առաջ զգուշացրել էին Ռազմական ոստիկանության ծառայողները, երբ ինքը գիշերային հերթափոխով շինանյութ (հող և ավազ) էր տեղափոխում մարտական հենակետեր՝ ամրաշինական աշխատանքների համար:
