"Smoke House" LLC will be held administratively liable for the open sale of tobacco products

As a result of the control actions, it was found that “SMOK HOUSE” LLC sells tobacco products, their accessories or tobacco product substitutes in violation of the requirement of Article 5, Part 6, Clause 2 of the RA Law “On the Reduction and Prevention of Harm to Health from the Use of Tobacco Products and Their Substitutes”.

Վերահսկողական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ «ՍՄՈՔ ՀԱՈՒՍ» ՍՊԸ-ն ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակները, դրանց պատկանելիքները կամ ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների փոխարինիչները վաճառում է «Ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների և դրանց փոխարինիչների օգտագործման հետևանքով առողջությանը հասցվող վնասի նվազեցման և կանխարգելման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածի 6-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի պահանջի խախտմամբ։

In particular, the economic operator sold tobacco products openly, violating the requirements established by the Law.

Մասնավորապես տնտեսավարողը ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների վաճառքն իրականացրել է բաց եղանակով՝ խախտելով Օրենքով սահմանված պահանջները։

The economic operator will be held administratively liable in accordance with the procedure established by law.

Տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտը կենթարկվի վարչական պատասխանատվության՝ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով։

The head of the inspection body, Armen Kotolyan, issued an order to eliminate the identified violations and deficiencies.

Տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավար Արմեն Կոտոլյանի կողմից տրվել է կարգադրագիր հայտնաբերված խախտումները և թերությունները վերացնելու նպատակով։
