Public criminal prosecution against an Azerbaijani citizen

On October 2, 2026, the prosecutor initiated public criminal prosecution against Nasimi Rahim Oghly Musayev, a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan, under Part 1 of Article 469, Part 1 of Article 340, Part 1 of Article 335, Part 1 of Article 207, and Points 4 and 6 of Part 2 of Article 166 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.

Դատախազը 2026 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 2-ին հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցել Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի Նասիմի Ռահիմ Օղլի Մուսաևի նկատմամբ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 469-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 340-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 207-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 166-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ և 6-րդ կետերով:
