Khachatryan and Quinn discussed regional developments

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan received a delegation led by the Executive Director of the Pacific Council think tank, former US Ambassador to Armenia Christina Quinn.

Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանն ընդունել է «Pacific Council» ուղեղային կենտրոնի գործադիր տնօրեն, Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ նախկին դեսպան Քրիստինա Քվինի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը։

The President welcomed the guests and highlighted the role of think tanks in expert discussions on Armenia and the region and the development of cooperation.

Նախագահը ողջունել է հյուրերին և կարևորել ուղեղային կենտրոնների դերը Հայաստանի և տարածաշրջանի վերաբերյալ փորձագիտական քննարկումների և համագործակցության զարգացման գործում։

Christina Quinn expressed gratitude for the reception and emphasized her warm attitude towards Armenia, also related to the years of her diplomatic mission in Armenia.

Քրիստինա Քվինը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ընդունելության համար և ընդգծել Հայաստանի նկատմամբ իր ջերմ վերաբերմունքը՝ կապված նաև Հայաստանում իր դիվանագիտական առաքելության տարիների հետ։

During the meeting, issues related to regional developments, the strengthening of democratic institutions, as well as Armenia's domestic, foreign and economic policies were discussed.

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներին, ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների ամրապնդմանը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի ներքին, արտաքին և տնտեսական քաղաքականությանը վերաբերող հարցեր։
