Open competition to select an investor in the Monte Urban Development Program

The purpose of the competition is to select an investor who, in order to obtain the right to develop the area in question, will present a sketch project containing the best urban development and architectural solutions, the most feasible investment program, including the concept of creating a modern, sustainable and comfortable multifunctional environment for people in the area, including the construction of a kindergarten and school planned for the area, as well as the best financial proposal for the acquisition of a community-owned land plot.

Մրցույթի նպատակն է ընտրել ներդրող, որը նշված տարածքում նախատեսվող կառուցապատման իրավունքը ստանալու նպատակով կներկայացնի լավագույն քաղաքաշինական և ճարտարապետական լուծումներ պարունակող էսքիզային նախագիծ, առավել իրագործելի ներդրումային ծրագիր՝ նշված տարածքում ժամանակակից, կայուն և մարդու համար հարմարավետ բազմաֆունկցիոնալ միջավայրի ձևավորման հայեցակարգը ներառյալ տարածքում նախատեսվող մանկապարտեզի ու դպրոցի կառուցման համար, ինչպես նաև կներկայացնի համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող հողամասի ձեռքբերման համար լավագույն ֆինանսական առաջարկը:

The envelope(s) should not contain any name(s)/legal and/or unofficial signatures (except for the signature of the representative submitting the application), as well as other marks that would allow the identification of the tender participant. Identification data should be indicated only in the information sheet. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the applicant not participating in the tender.

In the event that the participants receive equal points as a result of the evaluation of the proposals submitted in the tender, the Commission invites the participants who received equal points to open negotiations, the place and time of which the participants are informed about during the session or by receiving a corresponding notification to the e-mail address provided by them.

Այն դեպքում, երբ մրցույթում ներկայացված առաջարկների գնահատման վերջնարդյունքում մասնակիցները ստանում են հավասար միավորներ, ապա Հանձնաժողովը հավասար միավորներ ստացած մասնակիցներին հրավիրում է բաց բանակցությունների, որի անցկացման վայրի և ժամի մասին մասնակիցները տեղեկացվում են նիստի ժամանակ կամ իրենց կողմից տրամադրված էլեկտրոնային հասցեին համապատասխան ծանուցագիր ստանալով։

The winner of the competition among the participants who received equal points shall be determined in accordance with the procedure established by Appendix No. 4 of this decision. If any participant who received equal points is not recognized as the winner during the negotiations, a new competition shall be held.
