Edgar Lazarus was sentenced to two years in prison; the punishment will not be imposed on a conditional basis

A one-year probationary period was appointed. Until the verdict comes into force, administrative control will be applied to Edgar Ghazaryan. Judge Satenik Andreasyan made such a decision (in the photo).

Նշանակվեց մեկ տարի փորձաշրջան։ Մինչեւ դատավճռի ուժի մեջ մտնելը՝ Էդգար Ղազարյանի նկատմամբ վարչական հսկողություն կկիրառվի։ Նման որոշում կայացրեց դատավոր Սաթենիկ Անդրեասյանը (լուսանկարում)։

Let us recall that Prosecutor Hayk Avetyan had mediated to impose a sentence on Edgar Ghazaryan: 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment and an additional sentence: deprivation of the right to engage in public activity for 3 years.

Հիշեցնենք, դատախազ Հայկ Ավետյանը միջնորդել էր Էդգար Ղազարյանի նկատմամբ պատիժ նշանակել՝ 2 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկումը և լրացուցիչ պատիժ՝ 3 տարի ժամկետով հանրային գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունքից զրկումը։

Let us recall that the court has issued a guilty verdict in this case. The case has been named “The Case of the Constitutional Court Judges”. Earlier, Edgar Ghazaryan had announced that he would appeal.
