In other words, it is the same thing as if the President of the Court of Cassation stood up and said, “I am the court,” and the President of the National Assembly stood up and said, “I am the National Assembly.” Now Nikol Pashinyan says, “I am the government.” Who gave you that right? Where in the Constitution or any other normative legal act does it say that the Prime Minister is the government? But this person today freely decides the fate of others,” said former NA MP Gevorg Petrosyan in a conversation with reporters before the court hearing in the case of Edgar Ghazaryan, a deputy from the NA “Strong Armenia” faction.
