Our goal is to attract investments that modernize enterprises and connect Armenian companies with international value chains: Papua New Guinea

In his speech, the Minister presented the priorities of the state policy implemented in the sphere of the economy of Armenia.

“We are working to reduce the terms of licensing processes, develop new generation industrial zones, improve the business environment in accordance with the World Bank’s B-READY rating, as well as increase the share of foreign direct investment in GDP. Our goal is to attract investments that modernize enterprises, increase productivity and connect Armenian companies to international value chains,” Gevorg Papoyan noted.

«Մենք աշխատում ենք կրճատել լիցենզավորման գործընթացների ժամկետները, զարգացնել նոր սերնդի արդյունաբերական գոտիներ, բարելավել գործարար միջավայրը՝ Համաշխարհային բանկի B-READY վարկանիշին համապատասխան, ինչպես նաև ավելացնել օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումների մասնաբաժինը ՀՆԱ-ում։ Մեր նպատակն է ներգրավել այնպիսի ներդրումներ, որոնք արդիականացնում են ձեռնարկությունները, բարձրացնում արտադրողականությունը և հայկական ընկերություններին կապում միջազգային արժեքային շղթաների հետ», – նշել է Գևորգ Պապոյանը։

In his speech, Gevorg Papoyan also touched upon the fundamental directions of Armenia’s investment policy: increasing productivity, transforming the economy and developing human capital.

Իր խոսքում Գևորգ Պապոյանն անդրադարձել է նաև Հայաստանի ներդրումային քաղաքականության հիմնարար ուղղություններին՝ արտադրողականության բարձրացում, տնտեսության վերափոխում և մարդկային կապիտալի զարգացում։

🖇 The Minister also emphasized the importance of infrastructure and connectivity, pointing to the “Crossroads of Peace” initiative and its key component, the TRIPP infrastructure project.

🖇 Նախարարն ընդգծել է նաև ենթակառուցվածքների և կապակցվածության կարևորությունը՝ մատնանշելով «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախաձեռնությունը և դրա առանցքային բաղադրիչը՝ TRIPP ենթակառուցվածքային նախագիծը։

The conference brought together more than 800 delegates from more than 80 countries on one platform: representatives of state, financial and international institutions, investors, innovators and leading experts in the field.

Համաժողովը մեկ հարթակում միավորել է ավելի քան 800 պատվիրակ առավել քան 80 երկրից՝ պետական, ֆինանսական և միջազգային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչների, ներդրողների, նորարարների և ոլորտի առաջատար մասնագետների։
