At the start of the hearing in the case of Strong Armenia Party member Aleksan Aleksanyan, when the court was trying to clarify the defendant’s position regarding the filming, defense attorney Armen Feroyan said that they had asked Aleksanyan to object to the filming, live broadcast, and photography. The defense attorney argued that this was a hindrance to them.

According to the Criminal Procedure Code, the defendant’s position is key in these matters, and if he objects to the filming, the court cannot allow the filming.
