The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), whose observers monitored the recent parliamentary elections in Armenia, recently published its final report, highlighting a number of vulnerabilities: external interference, abuse of administrative power, criminal proceedings against opposition representatives, and invalid recognition of the results of individual polling stations.

PACE Expresses Concern Over Annulment of Results of Polling Stations Pulling Prosperous Armenia Out of the National Assembly

In its summary report published today, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (ECHR), which observers followed the recent parliamentary elections in the country, reflected on the order of vulnerable phenomena: external intervention, the use of administrative capacities, priestly behavior against opposition representatives, and the invalidation of the effects of individual precincts.
