THE FULL-SCALE WAR THAT BROKE ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2020, MARKED THE BLOODY BEGINNING OF THE GENOCIDE OF ARTSAKH ARMENIA AND THE COMPLETE ARMENIZATION OF ARTSAKH

On September 27, 2020, the large-scale war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh and Armenia became the bloody start of the anti-Armenian policy prepared for decades against Artsakh and all Armenians, and later, the ethnic cleansing of Artsakh Armenians and the complete depopulation of Artsakh.

The war lasted 44 days and ended on November 9 of the same year with the signing of a trilateral declaration by Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia. That declaration began the surrender policy of the Armenian authorities, the first step of which was to transfer 7 regions of Artsakh, Shushi and Hatrut to the control of Azerbaijan.

Պատերազմը տեւեց 44 օր եւ աւարտեցաւ նոյն թուականի 9 Նոյեմբերին` Հայաստանի, Ատրպէյճանի եւ Ռուսիոյ կողմէ եռակողմ յայտարարութեան ստորագրութեամբ: Այդ յայտարարութեամբ սկսաւ Հայաստանի իշխանութիւններուն յանձնուողական քաղաքականութիւնը, որուն առաջին քայլը եղաւ Ատրպէյճանի վերահսկողութեան յանձնել Արցախի 7 շրջանները, Շուշին ու Հատրութը:

According to the Investigative Committee of Armenia, 3,833 people were martyred in the 44-day war of 2020, of whom 3,755 were soldiers and 78 were civilians. The fate of 191 people remains unknown, of whom 172 were soldiers and 19 were civilians. September 27 remained in the memory of our people as a day of great national tragedy, but at the same time a day of remembrance of the boundless dedication and heroism of our heroic martyrs.

Ըստ Հայաստանի Քննչական Կոմիտէին, 2020 թուականի 44-օրեայ պատերազմին նահատակուեցան 3833 անձեր, որոնցմէ 3755-ը զինուորներ, 78-ը քաղաքացիներ: Անյայտ կը մնայ 191 անձերու ճակատագիրը, որոնցմէ 172-ը զինուորներ, 19-ը քաղաքացիներ: 27 Սեպտեմբերը մեր ժողովուրդի յիշողութեան մէջ մնաց իբրեւ ազգային մեծ ողբերգութեան, բայց միաժամանակ մեր հերոս նահատակներու անսահման նուիրումի եւ սխրանքի յիշատակի օր:

For three years now, the military-political leaders elected by the people of Artsakh have remained in captivity.

Երեք տարիէ ի վեր Արցախի ժողովուրդին ընտրած ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարները կը մնան գերութեան մէջ։
