A new public hearing on the draft of the RA Government’s decision on recognizing a public overriding interest in 100% of the shares (shares) of “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC was held today at the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունում այսօր տեղի է ունեցել «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ի 100% բաժնետոմսերի (բաժնեմասի) նկատմամբ հանրային գերակա շահ ճանաչելու մասին» ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման նախագծի նոր հանրային լսումը։

The public hearing was chaired by the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure David Khudatyan. The public hearing was attended by the interim administrator of the Armenian National Electricity Network Romanos Petrosyan, member of the Public Services Regulatory Commission Sergey Aghinyan, heads and representatives of the energy system companies, media representatives, and citizens.

Հանրային լսումը վարում էր ՏԿԵ նախարար Դավիթ Խուդաթյանը։ Հանրային լսմանը մասնակցեցին ՀԷՑ ժամանակավոր կառավարիչ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը, Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի անդամ Սերգեյ Աղինյանը, Էներգետիկ համակարգի ընկերությունների ղեկավարներ ու ներկայացուցիչներ, լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներ, քաղաքացիներ։

Minister Khudatyan presented the content of the draft.

In particular, he emphasized that the draft on recognizing the public overriding interest was based on the vital public importance of electricity distribution, uninterrupted power supply to the population, the normal operation of social and strategic facilities, the stability of the energy system, and the importance of protecting consumer rights.

Մասնավորապես ընդգծել է, որ հանրային գերակա շահ ճանաչելու նախագծի հիմքում դրվել է էլեկտրաէներգիայի բաշխման կենսական հանրային նշանակության, բնակչությանը անխափան էնեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարման, սոցիալական և ռազմավարական օբյեկտների բնականոն գործունեության, էներգետիկ համակարգի կայունության և սպառողների իրավունքների պաշտպանության կարևորությունը։

The participants did not submit any suggestions or comments on the draft,” the statement released by the Energy Regulatory Commission reads.
