Based on the petition of the Kotayk Regional Prosecutor's Office, the lease agreement concluded in material violation of the law was terminated. The 1,550-square-meter plot of land with a cadastral value of 24 million 800 thousand drams was returned to the possession of the community. This was reported by the RA Prosecutor General's Office.

Within the framework of the criminal proceedings examined by the Investigative Committee, it was revealed that on September 27, 2017, Sh.S. participated and was recognized as the winner in a competition organized for the provision of a 25-year lease of a 1,550-square-meter agricultural plot of land owned by the community, while the second participant A.Kh. did not actually participate in the competition.

Քննչական կոմիտեում քննված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում պարզվել էր, որ 2017 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Շ.Ս.-ն մասնակցել և հաղթող էր ճանաչվել համայնքին սեփականության իրավունքով պատկանող 1550 քմ մակերեսով գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողամասի՝ 25 տարի ժամկետով վարձակալության տրամադրման նպատակով կազմակերպված մրցույթում, մինչդեռ երկրորդ մասնակից Ա.Խ.-ն փաստացի մրցույթին չի մասնակցել։

Ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազությունը, հաշվի առնելով, որ հողամասի վարձակալության մրցույթում Շ.Ս.-ի կողմից հաղթող ճանաչվելը տեղի էր ունեցել օրենքի էական խախտմամբ, Նաիրի համայնքի ղեկավարին միջնորդագիր էր ներկայացրել՝ վարձակալության պայմանագիրը լուծելու ուղղությամբ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու վերաբերյալ։
