The candidacy of Hayk Konjoryan was proposed by the Republic of Armenia, and Tula Hatainen was proposed by Finland.

ՀՀ-ի կողմից առաջարկվել էր Հայկ Կոնջորյանի թեկնածությունը, Ֆինլանդիայի անունից՝ Տուլա Հաթայնեն։

Since there were no other proposals or those speaking against, these candidacies were approved.

Քանի որ այլ առաջարկներ և ընդդեմ արտահայտվողներ չկային, այս թեկնածությունները հաստատվեցին։
