«Արցախի Ժողովրդի Հիմնարար Իրաւունքների Վերականգնումը Պէտք Է Լինի Խաղաղութեան Հիմքում»
Gagik Baghunts, acting Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, sent the following message on the occasion of the 6th anniversary of the September 27, 2020 war: “Six years ago, on September 27, 2020, Azerbaijan, grossly violating the fundamental principle of conflict resolution – the non-use of force and the threat thereof – and its international obligations to resolve the issue exclusively by peaceful means, unleashed a large-scale and bloody war against the people of Artsakh.
Արցախի Հանրապետութեան Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի պարտականութիւնները կատարող Գագիկ Բաղունց հետեւեալ ուղերձը յղեց 2020 թուականի սեպտեմբեր 27-ի պատերազմի 6-րդ տարելիցին առիթով.
