The U.S. Embassy in Armenia informs that you are not allowed to travel to the United States with a tourist visa for the purpose of giving birth.

“You are not allowed to travel to the United States with a tourist visa for the purpose of giving birth.

«Ծննդաբերելու նպատակով Միացյալ Նահանգներ զբոսաշրջային վիզայով չի թույլատրվում մեկնել։

Your tourist visa is not allowed to be used to give birth in the United States and obtain U.S. citizenship for your newborn. The consular officer reviewing your visa application may deny you a visa if he or she has reason to believe that you are traveling for the purpose of giving birth,” the embassy statement said.

Ձեր զբոսաշրջային վիզան չի թույլատրվում օգտագործել ԱՄՆ-ում ծննդաբերելու և նորածնին ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիություն ապահովելու նպատակով։ Վիզայի դիմումը քննող հյուպատոսական պաշտոնյան կարող է մերժել վիզայի տրամադրումը, եթե հիմքեր ունի կարծելու, որ մեկնում եք ծննդաբերության նպատակով»,-նշված է դեսպանատան հայտարարության մեջ։
