Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վոլոդիմիր Զելենսկին հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանը ներկայում պատրաստ չէ դադարեցնել պատերազմը, և ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը մշտապես պատճառներ է գտնում բանակցություններից խուսափելու համար։
