On September 25, within the framework of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Rwanda Olivier Nduhungire signed the “Agreement between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Rwanda on Visa Waiver for Holders of Diplomatic, Service and Special Passports”.
Սեպտեմբերի 25-ին ՄԱԿ ԳԱ 81-րդ նստաշրջանի շրջանակներում՝ ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի և միջազգային առևտրի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը և Ռուանդայի արտաքին գործերի և միջազգային համագործակցության նախարար Օլիվիե Նդուհունգիրեն ստորագրել են «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուանդայի Հանրապետության միջև դիվանագիտական, ծառայողական և հատուկ անձնագրեր ունեցող անձանց մուտքի արտոնագրի պահանջից ազատման մասին» համաձայնագիր:
