De facto peace has been established between Azerbaijan and Armenia: Jeyhun Bayramov

Bayramov noted that the process of normalization of relations has opened economic ties with Armenia.

Բայրամովը նշել է, որ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը տնտեսական կապեր է բացել Հայաստանի հետ։

“Today we have achieved de facto peace. Moreover, by unilaterally eliminating transit restrictions, Azerbaijan facilitates the transportation of goods to and from Armenia. We have also established bilateral trade. Azerbaijan regularly supplies Armenia with strategically important oil products, despite the growing instability in the markets and the growing international demand for these products,” Bayramov said.

«Այսօր մենք հասել ենք դե ֆակտո խաղաղության։ Ավելին՝ միակողմանիորեն վերացնելով տարանցիկ սահմանափակումները՝ Ադրբեջանը նպաստում է դեպի Հայաստան և Հայաստանից ապրանքների փոխադրմանը։ Մենք նաև երկկողմ առևտուր ենք հաստատել։ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին կանոնավոր կերպով մատակարարում է ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող նավթամթերք՝ չնայած շուկաներում անկայունության աճին և այդ ապրանքների նկատմամբ միջազգային պահանջարկի մեծացմանը»,- ասել է Բայրամովը։

He recalled that in August 2025 in Washington, the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan signed a joint declaration and initialed an agreement on the establishment of peace and interstate relations.

Նա հիշեցրել է, որ 2025 թվականի օգոստոսին Վաշինգտոնում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարները ստորագրել են համատեղ հռչակագիր և նախաստորագրել խաղաղության ու միջպետական հարաբերությունների հաստատման մասին համաձայնագիրը։

"With this declaration, the two sides confirmed the end of the conflict and their will to jointly build a peaceful and prosperous future," the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister noted.

«Այս հռչակագրով երկու կողմերը հաստատեցին հակամարտության ավարտը և խաղաղ ու բարեկեցիկ ապագան համատեղ կերտելու իրենց կամքը»,- նշել է Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարը։
