On September 25, within the framework of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Angola Tete Antonio signed an agreement "On the Exemption of Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Angola".

Սեպտեմբերի 25-ին ՄԱԿ ԳԱ 81-րդ նստաշրջանի շրջանակներում՝ ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի և միջազգային առևտրի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը և Անգոլայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Տետե Անտոնիոն ստորագրել են «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Անգոլայի Հանրապետության միջև դիվանագիտական և ծառայողական անձնագրեր ունեցող անձանց մուտքի արտոնագրի պահանջից ազատման մասին» համաձայնագիր: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են նախարարությունից։
