The Secretary General of the RA AGM participated in the discussion "Transparency, Resilience and Prosperity" in New York

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of the Republic of Armenia reports that during the panel discussion “Prosperous and Competitive Economies”, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade touched upon the challenges faced by Armenia in recent years and the importance of ensuring sustainable economic growth in these conditions, emphasizing the role of strong democratic foundations, the rule of law and effective institutions.

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի և միջազգային առևտրի նախարարությունից հայտնում են, որ «Բարեկեցիկ և մրցունակ տնտեսություններ» պանելային քննարկման ընթացքում ԱԳՄԱ նախարարության գլխավոր քարտուղարն անդրադարձել է վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերներին և դրանց պայմաններում տնտեսական կայուն աճի ապահովման կարևորությանը՝ ընդգծելով ժողովրդավարական ամուր հիմքերի, օրենքի գերակայության և արդյունավետ ինստիտուտների դերը։

David Karapetyan presented the reforms being implemented in Armenia in the areas of digitalization, expanding public and civic participation, and combating corruption.

Դավիթ Կարապետյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում իրականացվող թվայնացման, հանրային և քաղաքացիական մասնակցության ընդլայնման, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ուղղությամբ իրականացվող բարեփոխումները։

Touching upon Armenia’s foreign policy priorities, including economic ones, the Secretary General of the OAS emphasized the importance of diversifying trade relations, attracting investments, and expanding mutually beneficial economic cooperation.

Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական, այդ թվում՝ տնտեսական առաջնահերթություններին՝ ԱԳՄԱ գլխավոր քարտուղարն ընդգծել է առևտրային կապերի դիվերսիֆիկացման, ներդրումների ներգրավման և փոխշահավետ տնտեսական համագործակցության ընդլայնման կարևորությունը։

David Karapetyan also spoke about expanding the powers of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs with regard to the international trade component.

Դավիթ Կարապետյանը խոսել է նաև միջազգային առևտրի բաղադրիչով ՀՀ արտաքին գերատեսչության լիազորությունների ընդլայնման մասին:

“It was emphasized that in conditions of established peace, foreign policy should also contribute to the creation of economic opportunities, the expansion of international trade relations, and the improvement of the level of well-being of citizens. The Secretary General of the OAS also emphasized the potential of cooperation within the framework of the Open Government Partnership in terms of promoting international trade, developing the capabilities of local businesses to enter international markets, and attracting foreign investments,” the statement released by the ministry states.

«Ընդգծվել է, որ հաստատված խաղաղության պայմաններում արտաքին քաղաքականությունը պետք է նպաստի նաև տնտեսական հնարավորությունների ստեղծմանը, միջազգային առևտրային կապերի ընդլայնմանը և քաղաքացիների բարեկեցության մակարդակի բարձրացմանը։ ԱԳՄԱ գլխավոր քարտուղարը կարևորել է նաև Բաց կառավարման գործընկերության շրջանակներում համագործակցության ներուժը՝ միջազգային առևտրի խթանման, տեղական բիզնեսի՝ միջազգային շուկաներ մուտքի և օտարերկրյա ներդրումների ներգրավման կարողությունների զարգացման տեսանկյունից»,-նշված է գերատեսչության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ։
