Illegal mining in Koghbavan village prevented: LLC director arrested

Another case of illegal mining was discovered by the officers of the Armavir Regional Department of the Criminal Police.

Ապօրինի արդյունահանման հերթական դեպքն են հայտնաբերել Քրեական ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները։

They had received operational information that the director of a limited liability company, violating the rules for the use of subsoil and not having a lease agreement, had organized the extraction of volcanic tuff for about 20 days in the administrative territory of the village of Koghbavan in Armavir region.

Նրանք ստացել էին օպերատիվ տեղեկություն, որ սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ մի ընկերության տնօրեն, խախտելով ընդերքի օգտագործման կանոնները և չունենալով վարձակալության պայմանագիր, Արմավիրի մարզի Կողբավան գյուղի վարչական տարածքում շուրջ 20 օր կազմակերպել է հրաբխային տուֆի արդյունահանում։
