Russian Foreign Ministry calls EU's promises of support to Armenia "declarative"

“The support measures currently proposed by the EU members to Armenia are mainly declarative in nature,” the diplomat noted.

«ԵՄ-ականների կողմից Հայաստանին ներկայում առաջարկվող աջակցության միջոցառումները հիմնականում դեկլարատիվ բնույթ են կրում»,- նշել է դիվանագետը։

He stated that the EU internal market is highly competitive and regulated, and Armenian products “will not be welcomed there with open arms.” At the same time, candidate countries have been waiting for EU membership for decades.
