The city of Yerevan will host the HIGH FEST international performing arts festival with over 200 artists from eleven countries. The cultural event will begin on October 1st under the slogan “Festivally Yours!”

La ciudad de Ereván celebrará el festival internacional de artes escénicas HIGH FEST con más de 200 artistas de once países. La propuesta cultural iniciará el primero de octubre bajo el lema “¡Festivalmente tuyo!”.

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia confirmed the organization of this cultural event in the capital. Furthermore, the European Festivals Association ranks the event among the twenty-four best on the continent.

El Ministerio de Educación, Ciencia, Cultura y Deportes de Armenia confirmó la organización de este evento cultural en la capital. Además, la Asociación Europea de Festivales posiciona la cita entre los veinticuatro mejores eventos del continente.

Delegations from the United States, Italy, China, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Romania, Russia, and the Netherlands will present their works. Therefore, the public will enjoy top-tier theater and contemporary dance performances.

Delegaciones de Estados Unidos, Italia, China, República Checa, Portugal, Rumania, Rusia y los Países Bajos presentarán sus obras. Por lo tanto, el público disfrutará de propuestas teatrales y de danza contemporánea de primer nivel.

The event will launch, for the first time, the performing arts market called HFPAM. Additionally, some thirty international experts will evaluate local productions alongside Armenian theaters.

El encuentro lanzará por primera vez el mercado de artes escénicas denominado HFPAM. Asimismo, unos treinta expertos internacionales evaluarán las producciones locales junto a teatros armenios.

The artist Luca Piallini will inaugurate the program with the open-air aerial performance “Space Journey.” Similarly, the Gaspar & Dancers company will present the work “Pothos” to the audience.

El artista Luca Piallini inaugurará el programa con el espectáculo aéreo al aire libre “Space Journey”. De igual modo, la compañía Gaspar & Dancers presentará la obra “Pothos” ante los asistentes.

For its part, the State Theater of Nations will present the piece “The History of a Photograph.” Finally, the (Ri)boot Theater will offer the performance “A Brief History of Counterculture.”
