The ruling Civil Treaty MPs and government members left the discussion on the Artsakh people in the NA Human Rights Committee when the chairwoman of the committee Lilit Galstyan said that representatives of Artsakh state institutions were also present.

Կառավարող Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի պատգամավորներն ու կառավարության անդամները լքել են ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների հանձնաժողովում՝ արցախցիների վերաբերյալ քննարկումը, երբ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Լիլիթ Գալստյանը ասել է, որ դրան ներկա են նաեւ Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների ներկայացուցիչներ։
