A resident of Gyumri's "Kazakh Post" has been arrested by the police, according to a letter from the Minister of Education, Science and Culture to the Minister of Internal Affairs.

Zhanna Andreasyan noted that this building is registered in the state list of immovable monuments of history and culture of the Shirak region, is considered one of the sub-monumental buildings of the “Military Kazakh Post” monument, and there is no right to carry out construction there without their permission, based on the provisions of the RA Law “On the Protection and Use of Immovable Monuments of History and Culture and the Historical Environment”.

Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը նշել է, որ այդ շենքը Շիրակի մարզի պատմության և մշակույթի անշարժ հուշարձանների պետական ցանկում է հաշվառված, համարվում է «Զորակային Կազաչի Պոստ» հուշարձանի ենթահուշարձան շենքերից մեկը, ու այդտեղ որևէ իրավունք չկա շինարարություն անելու՝ առանց իրենց թույլտվության՝ ելնելով «Պատմության և մշակույթի անշարժ հուշարձանների ու պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության և օգտագործման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի դրույթներից։

The letter addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs reached the Kumayri police department, as a result of the measures taken, it was found out that the construction work is being carried out by a 57-year-old unemployed man.

On September 17, Senior Community Police Officer Atoyan filed a report on the crime and the documents were sent to the Shirak Regional Investigation Department.
