Pashinyan Would Not Encourage Diaspora Armenians to Obtain Armenian Citizenship

HARUT SASUNIAN The Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs proposes to increase the state fee for obtaining Armenian citizenship fivefold and tenfold.
