On September 22, First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan received a delegation led by the President of the Italian Higher Defense Research Center, Lieutenant General Stefano Mannino, at the administrative complex of the Ministry of Defense.

Սեպտեմբերի 22-ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ, ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Էդվարդ Ասրյանը ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում ընդունել է Իտալիայի պաշտպանական բարձրագույն հետազոտական կենտրոնի նախագահ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Ստեֆանո Մանինոյի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են պաշտպանության բնագավառում Հայաստան-Իտալիա համագործակցությանը, մասնավորապես՝ ռազմական կրթությանը և վարժանքներին առնչվող հարցեր: Կողմերը մի շարք պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերել ռազմական կրթության ոլորտում փոխգործակցությունն

During the meeting, issues related to Armenia-Italy cooperation in the defense sector, in particular, military education and exercises, were discussed.

The parties reached a number of agreements on cooperation in the field of military education.
