Այս պատմական տարեթիվը խորհրդանշում է հայ ժողովրդի անսասան կամքը, ազգային միասնությունը և ստեղծագործ ոգին։

Relying on the centuries-old traditions of statehood and rich cultural heritage, Armenia has with dignity passed the difficult path of establishment and development in new historical conditions, established itself as a progressive country that enjoys recognition and respect in the international arena.

Հենվելով պետականության բազմադարյա ավանդույթների և հարուստ մշակութային ժառանգության վրա՝ Հայաստանը արժանապատվորեն անցել է նոր պատմական պայմաններում կայացման և զարգացման բարդ ճանապարհը, հաստատվել որպես առաջադեմ երկիր, որը ճանաչում և հարգանք է վայելում միջազգային ասպարեզում։

Under your strong and authoritative leadership, unprecedented reforms are being implemented in Armenia, which have become a solid foundation for the country’s stable socio-economic development.

Ձեր ուժեղ և հեղինակավոր առաջնորդության ներքո Հայաստանում իրականացվում են աննախադեպ բարեփոխումներ, որոնք դարձել են երկրի կայուն սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման ամուր հիմքը։

Kazakhstan has great respect for the Armenian people, your ancient history, culture and traditions. We highly appreciate the friendly and strategic partnership relations between our states.

Ղազախստանում մեծ հարգանքով են վերաբերվում հայ ժողովրդին, Ձեր հնագույն պատմությանը, մշակույթին և ավանդույթներին։ Մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում մեր պետությունների միջև բարեկամության և ռազմավարական գործընկերության հարաբերությունները։
