35 years is both a long and a very short time in the history of statehood.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, Շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության օրվա և մեր պետականության վերականգնման 35-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ։

Long enough to appreciate the path traveled, and short enough to understand that an independent state is never a completed achievement.

35 տարին պետականության պատմության մեջ միաժամանակ երկար և շատ կարճ ժամանակ է ։
