Republican greetings in all churches of the diocese

The Divine Liturgy of the day was presided over by the Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Atrpatakan, His Holiness Archbishop Grigor Chiftjian. During the Divine Liturgy, the Tricolor Flag was blessed by the Holy Father, after which the anthem “Our Homeland” was played. During the Divine Liturgy, the Holy Father addressed the message of the day in his sermon.

Թեհրանի Ս. Սարգիս առաջնորդանիստ եկեղեցում օրւայ պատարագը նախագահեց Ատրպատականի հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Տ. Գրիգոր արք. Չիֆթճեանը: Ս. Պատարագի ընթացքում Սրբազան Հօր ձեռամբ օրհնւեց Եռագոյն դրօշը, որից յետոյ հնչեց «Մեր Հայրենիք» օրհներգը: Պատարագի ընթացքում, Սրբազան Հայրն իր քարոզում անդրադարձաւ օրւայ խորհրդին:

Among the public present at the ceremony were two deputies of the Iranian Armenian community in the Islamic Parliament of Iran: Dr. Ara Shahverdian and Dr. Geghard Mansurian, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Islamic Republic of Iran Grigor Hakobyan, representative of the "Alik" institution Raffi Pirumian, representatives of the Armenian Diocese of Tehran's PA and Chairman of the Diocesan Council Varuj Hovhannisian, editor-in-chief of the "Alik" daily Artoyt Zohrabian, Secretary General of the Armenian Apostolic Church Zorik Karapetyan, embassy staff, as well as national and public figures.

Արարողութեանը ներկայ հասարակութեան շարքերում աչքի էին ընկնում Իրանի Իսլամական խորհրդարանում իրանահայութեան զոյգ պատգամաւորներ՝ դոկտ. Արա Շահվերդեանը եւ դոկտ.
