As long as the Turkish-Azerbaijani rapprochement exists, the danger cannot be neutralized.

“The day when the loss of Artsakh came to fruition was the result of a certain wrong policy pursued by the then authorities. It is not right to blame the people or individuals for their behavior. Perhaps the behavior of this or that person had a certain influence, but the fact that the then authorities pursued a wrong policy and policy at the time, simply wanted to hand over Artsakh, that was the main reason,” said Lieutenant General Tiran Khachatryan, member of the Supreme Council of the ARF of Armenia, in an interview with journalists in Yerablur.

«Քանի կայ թուրք-ադրբեջանական մօտեցումը Հայաստանի եւ, աւելի նեղ ասած, հայ ժողովրդի հետ կապւած, չի կարող վտանգը չէզոքացւած լինել, որովհետեւ պատմական եւ ապացուցւած փաստ է հանդիսանում այն, որ այդ մարդիկ չեն ուզում Հայաստան պետութիւն, չեն ուզում հայ ժողովուրդ։ Քանի դեռ կայ այդ մօտեցումը, քանի դեռ կայ այդ նպատակը, ինչպէս կարող է չէզոքացւած լինել սպառնալիքը կամ վտանգը»,-ասաց նա:
