Pashinyan is unable to take legal responsibility for his illegal actions.

During the program, the statements made by individual representatives of the ruling power against the ARF in recent days, the manifestations of the anti-national policy pursued by the RA authorities, the atmosphere of repression prevailing in the country and its reasons were discussed.

Հաղորդման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարւել վերջին օրերին իշխող ուժի առանձին ներկայացուցիչների կողմից ՀՅԴ հասցէին հնչեցրած յայտարարութիւններին, ՀՀ իշխանութիւնների վարած ապազգային քաղաքականութեան դրսեւորումներին, երկրում տիրող բռնաճնշումների մթնոլորտին ու դրա պատճառներին:

Speaking about the statement of the CP deputy to eradicate the ARF, Kiro Manoyan noted that such statements are not new for the ARF and come from more than a century ago, from the times of the Bolsheviks, who even organized the “Funeral of the Dashnaktsutyun”. This should be viewed in the context of the current position adopted by the RA authorities against national forces and Armenianity in general, which is more consistent with the position of Armenia’s enemies, said Kiro Manoyan.

Կիրօ Մանոյեանը, խօսելով ՀՅԴ-ն արմատախիլ անելու ՔՊ-ական պատգամաւորի յայտարարութեան մասին, նշել է, որ այդպիսի յայտարարութիւնները ՀՅԴ-ի համար նորութիւն չեն եւ գալիս են աւելի քան մէկդարեայ հեռաւորութիւնից՝ բոլշեւիկների ժամանակներից, որոնք նոյնիսկ «Դաշնակցութեան թաղումն» են կազմակերպել: Դա պէտք է դիտարկել առհասարակ ազգային ուժերի եւ հայկականութեան դէմ ՀՀ օրւայ իշխանութիւնների որդեգրած դիրքորոշմամբ, որ աւելի համահունչ է Հայաստանի թշնամիների դիրքորոշմանը՝ ասել է Կիրօ Մանոյեանը:

Referring to the repressions that have begun against the opposition and its leaders in Armenia, Kiro Manoyan did not rule out that Nikol Pashinyan chose that path because he has violated the Constitution and laws so much, has committed so many failures and steps to the detriment of Armenia that he will not be able to assume legal responsibility for them. “In particular, in the ongoing illegalities against Robert Kocharyan, I think Pashinyan is also guided by personal motives, because he entered politics with the struggle against Kocharyan,” said Kiro Manoyan.

Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում ընդդիմութեան եւ նրա ղեկավարների դէմ սկսւած բռնաճնշումներին՝ Կիրօ Մանոյեանը չի բացառել, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինեանն այդ ճանապարհն է ընտրել, որովհետեւ այնքան է խախտել Սահմանադրութիւնն ու օրէնքները, այնքան ձախողումներ ու Հայաստանին ի վնաս քայլեր է կատարել, որ չի կարողանալու դրանց իրաւական պատասխանատւութիւնը ստանձնել: «Մասնաւորապէս Ռոբերտ Քոչարեանի դէմ շարունակւող ապօրինութիւնների մէջ, կարծում եմ, Փաշինեանը առաջնորդւում է նաեւ անձնական մոտիւներով, որովհետեւ Քոչարեանի դէմ պայքարով է ինքը մտել քաղաքականութիւն»,- ասել է Կիրօ Մանոյեանը:

He also spoke about the TRIPP project, noting that the project contains both question marks and many worrying points, which the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia either did not read or read inattentively, recognizing it as not contradicting the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia. “For example, it is unclear to me whether I, as a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, will be able to leave the territory of the Republic of Armenia on that road, if it is known that one end of TRIPP is in Azerbaijan, and the other end in Nakhichevan,” said Kiro Manoyan.

Նա խօսել է նաեւ TRIPP նախագծի մասին, նշելով, որ նախագծում կան ինչպէս հարցականներ, այնպէս էլ բազմաթիւ մտահոգիչ կէտեր, որոնք ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանը կամ չի կարդացել, կամ անուշադիր է կարդացել՝ այն ճանաչելով ՀՀ սահմանադրութեանը չհակասող: «Ինձ համար, օրինակ, անհասկանալի է, ես, որպէս ՀՀ քաղաքացի, կարողանալո՞ւ եմ ՀՀ տարածքից դուրս գալ այդ ճանապարհի վրայ, եթէ յայտնի է, որ TRIPP-ի մի ծայրը Ադրբեջանում է, միւս ծայրը Նախիջեւանում»,- ասել է Կիրօ Մանոյեանը:
