Ilham Aliyev opens another business facility belonging to his family

The complex is located at an altitude of 1,050 meters above sea level. It includes the main hotel building, cottages, restaurants, a spa center, a conference hall, stadiums and a helipad. According to the presidential administration, the complex has created 320 jobs.

The hotel is part of the business portfolio of PASHA Holding. The complex is listed on the official website of PASHA Real Estate Group as one of the company's hotel projects. PASHA Holding's hotel business is managed through Absheron Hotel Group. According to the holding company’s official information, Absheron Hotel Group is a subsidiary of PASHA Holding and owns or manages a number of luxury hotels in Azerbaijan.

According to the latest shareholder structure of PASHA Holding, 37.5 percent of the holding is owned by Bless LLC, and the other 37.5 percent by Reveri LLC. Arif Pashayev’s share is 15 percent, and Mir Jamal Pashayev’s share is 10 percent. This structure is also presented in the 2025 activity report of PASHA Bank Turkey.

PASHA Holding-ի վերջին բաժնետերերի կառուցվածքի համաձայն՝ հոլդինգի 37,5 տոկոսը պատկանում է Bless LLC-ին, իսկ մյուս 37,5 տոկոսը՝ Reveri LLC-ին։ Արիֆ Փաշաևի բաժնեմասը կազմում է 15 տոկոս, իսկ Միր Ջամալ Փաշաևի բաժնեմասը՝ 10 տոկոս։ Այս կառուցվածքը ներկայացված է նաև PASHA Bank Turkey-ի 2025 թվականի գործունեության հաշվետվության մեջ։

Official documents from the Turkish Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) show that Ilham Aliyev’s daughters, Leyla and Arzu Aliyev, are indirect shareholders of PASHA Holding. According to the 2020 BDDK activity report, after the structural change carried out in the same year, the indirect share of Leyla and Arzu Aliyev in the holding company decreased from 50 percent to 37.5 percent for each. The same document also states that the companies “Bless Limited” and “Reveri Limited” have a direct share of 37.5 percent in PASHA Holding, respectively.

Թուրքիայի բանկային կարգավորման և վերահսկողության գործակալության (BDDK) պաշտոնական փաստաթղթերը ցույց են տալիս, որ Իլհամ Ալիևի դուստրերը՝ Լեյլա և Արզու Ալիևաները, PASHA Holding-ի անուղղակի բաժնետերեր են։ BDDK-ի 2020 թվականի գործունեության հաշվետվության համաձայն՝ նույն թվականին իրականացված կառուցվածքային փոփոխությունից հետո Լեյլա և Արզու Ալիևաների՝ հոլդինգում ունեցած անուղղակի բաժնեմասը յուրաքանչյուրի համար 50 տոկոսից նվազել է մինչև 37,5 տոկոս։ Նույն փաստաթղթում նշվում է նաև, որ «Bless Limited» և «Reveri Limited» ընկերությունները PASHA Holding-ում ունեն համապատասխանաբար 37,5-ական տոկոս ուղղակի բաժնեմաս։

The media outlet notes that from here it becomes clear that the Meysari Grand Hotel & SPA, the opening of which was attended by Ilham Aliyev, is one of the projects included in the business portfolio of PASHA Holding, and where the shares of his daughters are documented.
