The event, which is expected to take place in Republic Square, consists of two main parts: a historical and cultural performance, the basis of which is the concept based on the motifs of the fairy tale and myth "Hazaran Nightingale" and a festive concert, which will be attended by the State Symphony Orchestra of Armenia, the National Academic Choir named after Hovhannes Chekijyan and renowned artists: Tata Simonyan, Arman Hovhannisyan, Iveta Mukuchyan, Liparit Avetisyan, Gevorg Hakobyan, Aram MP3, "Karen-Sevak Band" and others. The justification for the project states that this company’s project was selected from 6 projects submitted to the conceptual call announced by the Cultural Development Foundation.

«Բեգրաունդ Փրոդաքշն» ընկերությանը գումարը հատկացվել է որպես ուղիղ դրամաշնորհ, այսինքն՝ առանց մրցույթ հայտարարելու, ինչը հիմնավորվել է հարցի հրատապությամբ։ Նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է, որ Մշակույթի զարգացման հիմնադրամի հայտարարած հայեցակարգային հրավերին ներկայացված 6 ծրագրերից ընտրվել է հենց այս ընկերության նախագիծը։

According to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Sports and Tourism, as an organization that received a grant, “Background Production” is obliged to purchase services in accordance with the procurement legislation, and to return the saved funds to the state budget.

Vazgen Poghosyan, the owner of a 19% stake in the company, held the position of assistant to the president during Armen Sargsyan’s presidency.

«Բեգրաունդ Փրոդաքշն» ընկերությունը հիմնադրվել է 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո՝ մայիսի 17-ին։ Ըստ գնումների պետական համակարգի՝ այս ընկերությունը հիմնականում ծառայություններ է մատուցում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին, ՀՀ կառավարությանը, Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը․ վերջին մեծամասշտաբ միջոցառումը եղել է Վարդավառի տոնի կազմակերպումը, որի համար հատկացվել էր շուրջ 200 մլն դրամ։ Ընկերության 19 տոկոս բաժնեմասի սեփականատեր Վազգեն Պողոսյանն Արմեն Սարգսյանի նախագահության տարիներին զբաղեցրել է նախագահի օգնականի պաշտոնը։
