On September 16, at around 23:35, the officers of the Police Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, while performing night duty, noticed a group of young people arguing near one of the restaurants on Dzorap Street. The officers of the Police Guard, using a hand-to-hand combat tactic, took a pistol from one of the young people, preventing further developments. The person was arrested on suspicion of carrying and storing illegal weapons and ammunition and was transferred to the Central Department of the Community Police. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
